Your guide and company manager, Eyayaw Biru, was born and raised in Ethiopia. Friendly, responsible and resourceful, Eyayaw has a deep local knowledge and a university education.
Eyayaw is fluent in English and German and studied business and tourism at the Maedot Tourism and Hotel Management College.
An excellent guide with a great personality, Eyayaw will help you experience an Ethiopia beyond your expectations.
New Zealander Marty van der Burg, has a long, personal association with both Ethiopia and Eyayaw. The pair met when Marty, a successful building company owner in New Zealand, was working with Habitat for Humanity in Ethiopia in 2007.
The friendship which developed led Marty to encourage and support Eyayaw’s studies and business development. Together Marty and Eyayaw created Eyayaw Tours Ethiopia to showcase real, unique Ethiopia in a way that fully caters to the needs and expectations of foreign travellers.
At Eyayaw Tours Ethiopia we operate and maintain our own transportation, to ensure your comfort and safety. Our drivers are experienced in local conditions. Our newest vehicle seats up to ten travellers in air-conditioned comfort.
